Shipping within Hong Kong / Macau is a flat rate of HK$50. Orders over HK$800 are eligible for free shipping!
A80 Paris products aren’t available for international shipping at the moment, but it’s something we’re definitely working on – watch this space for updates!
When placing an order with A80 Paris, the delivery country must match the country where the purchase was made.
We think that you’re going to fall head over heels with our products and never look back, but… if you’ve changed your mind for some reason, no worries! At A80 Anoufa Paris LTD, we offer FREE returns/exchanges within 30 days of you receiving your delivery.
To make it easier for you, please tick off the following points on this checklist before returning your item:
Are you still within the 30-day limit from the day you received the item?
Is your A80 Paris styling tool unused and in the same condition as when you received it?
Is your A80 Paris styling tool still in its original packaging?
Have you filled out the online returns form?
Is the item securely packed and ready for return?
Once you’ve answered ‘YES’ to all the above questions, you’ll be able to send your item back. We’ll provide you with a postage paid label so you can return your item free of charge either by giving it to your postman or taking it to the nearest post office.
Once we receive your item, it will take us 1-2 working days to process it. Once processed, you’ll receive an email notification and you’ll be refunded the costs to the original payment method you used to pay for the item/s.
Of course we’re happy to exchange your item, but please note that your exchange can only be processed for the same or lesser amount of the original item purchased.
We endeavour to deliver your new item within 3-5 working days after we’ve received and processed the returned item. As we move through the various stages, you’ll receive regular updates about the process, so make sure you keep your eye on your inbox!
So you’ve decided that you want a refund, that’s perfectly fine and we’re happy to process it for you.
By default, the refund payment is via your original payment method. But if for some reason that method isn’t valid anymore, fear not – we’ll happily refund you with Store Credit.
It usually takes around 2-5 working days to process a refund. If the refund falls at the end of the month, it may take a few more days for it to appear on your monthly statement.
A80 Anoufa Paris LTD reserves all rights to withhold refund payment if we don’t receive your item.
When we get the returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it’s in its original condition. We really want to give you a refund and we’ll do our best to accommodate all requests, but in the event the returned item is not in its original condition, incomplete, or not in its original packaging or returned after the 30-day period, we won’t be able to issue a refund.
If you want to exchange your item, but the item you wish to receive instead is unavailable, we’ll fully refund you in Store Credit.
Once your refund has been processed, we’ll send you an email notification to let you know what’s the status.
