Orders

How will I know that my order is being processed?

As soon your order has been recieved in the store’s backend, we will send out a confirmation email to the address you provided with your order. Occasionaly this might take a little longer, so please allow up to 1 hour for the confirmation email to be sent.

What if I did not receive an order confirmation for my order?

Make sure to refresh your inbox and double check all folders – Including promotions and spam, just to be on the safe side. If you still can’t find it, please contact us at cs@a80paris.com and we will locate your order and resend the confirmation email to you shortly.

I have successfully sent my order, can I change it?

As soon as your order has been received and your email confirmation has been sent, we are unable to make any changes to either your items or order details. If you wish to make any changes after the processing of your A80 Paris order, this must be done either through a return or an exchange. Please take a look at our returns policy for more detailed info. In case you want to add more items to your order, simply place another order.

When will my order be delivered?

We make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Processing & shipping times vary depending on the delivery method you chose.Standard delivery orders usually ship within 10 working days, and priority shipping orders ship within 3 days. These estimated times may be affected by unusual circumstances and extended during busier times of year – We will update on any delays we’re aware of.

I made a mistake in my shipping details, what can I do?

Orders are processed immediately. Once sent, we are not able to make any changes to the shipping details you entered with your order. Please double-check and make sure that the address and contact information you provide with your order are accurate, correct and complete.

Can I cancel my order?

As soon as your order is received and your email confirmation has been sent, we are no longer able to cancel your order. If you wish to make any changes after the processing of your A80 Paris order, this must be done either through a return or an exchange. Please take a look at our returns policy for more detailed info.

What is your return policy?

We are 100% confident that you’ll love your products, but just in case they don’t meet your expectations, we are offering a 30-day return option. This policy only applies to new and unused products in their original packaging, and does not include shipping fees. Please refer to our full return policy for full details and limitations.

We are constantly working to make A80 Paris available globally. Which delivery options do you offer?

What are your shipping rates?

Standard 10-day delivery costs €15, free with orders above €99 Express 4-day delivery costs €35, €20 with orders above €99

Where will my order ship from?

Our orders are shipped from 2 main hubs – EU hub or Asia pacific (via Hong Kong) – depending on product and stock availability. However, shipping times and other aspects of your product and order are not affected by this in any way.

The tracking info says that my package was "delivered", but I have'nt recieved it. What should I do?

Vat & Tax

Will I be charged additional VAT on my order?

VAT is included in the final prices shown in the checkout page, and it will be calculated according to your shipping country.

Will I need to pay import tax on my order?

Import tax is subject to your country’s specific law and regulation, we suggest to check the relevant taxation rates and threshold before placing your order.

Returns

Can I return an unused product?

We extend a 30-day return policy, which allows you to return a product for whatever reason within this time frame. Simply contact customer service at cs@a80paris.com for more assistance with this process.
Items bought on sale or promotions, and items bought more than 30 days ago are not eligible for a return/refund.

What's the procedure of returning a product?

We understand sometimes things don’t work out. In order to process your return please contact our customer care team first at cs@a80paris.com – Make sure to include your order number and a copy of your order confirmation in your inquiry. We will then guide you on how to pack, send and track your returned goods so we can recieve them safely and issue a refund.

Products & Warranty

Warranty

Do your products come with any warranty service?

Yes! We offer a foolproof 10-year warranty service on most of our styling tools, so you can enjoy years and years of perfect hair. Some products are entitled to different warranty options – So always check the individual product page for details.

What's the process to file a warranty claim?

Please refre to our “Warranty” page for the full process – We try to make it as friendly as possible.

Are there any exclusions to the warranty?

We are fully committed to providing you service for the products you had purchased. However, please note that our warranty does not cover the following instances:
1. Damage caused by abuse or misuse, including but not limited to dropping the item, plugging it into an incompatible power outlet, using an incompatible voltage setting, exposing the item to water or otherwise neglecting to follow the instructions on the product packaging.
2. Damaged products that had been subject to deliberate tampering or attempted repair.
3. Hair tools we deem are not defective.
4. Hair tools that have not been registered for warranty service within 14 days of purchase (when bought in-store)

Styling tools

How do I take good care of my styling tool?

We want your tools to live a long, happy life – Here’s what you’ll need to do to maintain it:

Storage
– Keep your tool neatly stored in a cool, dry place (preferably not a shower or a bathroom), away from kids and pets
– Always let your tool cool down completely before putting it away
– Do not wrap the cord around the tool’s body, neatly tie it up with the velcro attached to the cord

Dryers
After unplugging your dryer from the power source, simply rotate the rear filter cover anticlockwise to remove it. Brush the rear filter cover gently with a soft brush (or a toothbrush will do!) to remove dust and dirt. Rinse and dry before reattaching it to the dryer. TO keep your dryer in top shape, we recommend cleaning it once a month.

Stylers & curlers
Turn off your tool and disconnect it from the power source. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. To clean the plates/barrels, wait for it to cool down completely, spray a little alcohol on the plates/barrels and use a dry cloth to wipe them clean.

Hot Brush
Remove any hair stuck in the bristles after each use. Thoroughly clean your brush if needed: after your brushes is cool and unplugged from the power supply, wipe the exterior with a soft damp cloth. If there’s any buildup in the brush, use a dry but soft straw cleaning brush to clean betweens the bristles. Do not immerse in water or scrub with excessive force, be gentle with your brush like you are with your hair!

Can I use my styling tool when travelling to other countries?

Sure! Most of our electric styling tools all have a dual voltage setting of 110-240V for international use, allowing you to enjoy awesome hair anywhere on the globe.
* Our windream dryer does not support dual voltage

What plug will my styling tool come with?

Our electric tools come with either UK- or EU-compatible plugs. Your order will be assigned a locale based on your shipping country, and we will automatically pack a tool with the correct plug. If for whatever reason you prefer a different plug, check in with our customer care team before placing an order at cs@a80paris.com.

What voltage/power supply does my tool use?

Most of our styling tools feature dual voltage – Please check individual product page for details.

What's the temperature range for your hair styling tools?

Our styler range (ionic infrared/digital titanium models) are adjustable and can reach temperatures between 50-230°C. Mini NST stylers build up to a temperature of 200°C.

How can I protect my hair from heat damage and keep it healthy?

Always use the recommended heat setting that’s suitable for your hair type:
Fine, thin: below 360˚F/182˚C
Normal, medium, wavy: 360˚/182˚C- 380˚F/192˚C
Thick, coarse, curly: 380˚/193˚C-450˚F/232˚C
Remember to use a thermal serum or primer that will protect your strands from the heat and lock in the moisture.

What's the difference between a styler and a straightener?

They’re the same thing. Previously known as “Straightener”/”flat iron”, our styler is a multi-purpose tool that can do so much more than just straightening your hair. Are your hair products tested on animals?

No way. We don’t test any of our products on animals.

Do your hair products suit my hair type?

Yes! A80 Paris hair care products are free from parabens, with formulas based on organic ingredients and plant extracts that work wonders for all hair types. Choose your products based on your individual concerns or missing steps in your routine.

Are your hair product bottles recycleable?

100%. All of our hair care product packaging is either recyclable or plant-based:

  • shampoo & conditioner bottles are made of biodegradable sugarcane
  • caps and pumps are recyclable
  • All other bottles are also recyclable – Dispose of them according to your local recycling regulations

Are your hair products vegan?

Yes! All of our hair care products are vegan.

What forms of payment do you accept?

A80paris.com accepts payments by all major credit cards, as well as paypal. For your convenience, we also offer flexible payment plans using partial.ly.

Do you offer an installments/payments option?

Yes. Choose “Partial.ly Payment Plan” in checkout to set up a flexible payment plan for your purchase. Learn more about the service at partial.ly.

When will I be charged?

Your payment method will be charged as soon as your order is processed. If you set up a payment plan, your payment method of choice will be charged according to the sums and timeline that you chose.

Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

We extend a 30-day return policy, which allows you to return a product for whatever reason within this time frame. Simply contact customer service at cs@a80paris.com for more assistance with this process. Due to safety and usage reasons, liquids items cannot be returned and refunded. Items bought on sale or promotions, and items bought more than 30 days ago will not be eligible for return/refund.

How will I recieve my refund?

Refunds are generally issued to the same payment method that was used to place the refunded order. If we are unable to do that we will contact you.

We are working on constantly expanding our availability worldwide, both online and offline. Please contact our customer care team and they will help you find an authorized retailer or sales channel.

Are your products sold by other retailers?

A80 Paris products are available only through the official website and selected authorized retailers.
Order your tools on one of these channels only, to ensure you’re buying an authentic, top quality product that’s eligible for warranty service and our customer care.
