As soon as your order has been received and you get your email confirming your A80 Paris products, we are unable to make any changes to either your items or order details.
If you wish to make any changes after the processing of your A80 Paris products, this must be done either through a return or an exchange. Please take a look at our returns policy for more detailed info. In case you want to add more unique A80 Paris items to your order, simply just place another order and follow the same procedure as you did the first time, and you will have all the desired items in your hands in no time.

The tracking info says that my package was "delivered,” but I haven’t received it! What should I do?
We know you’re probably starting to freak out right about now if you haven’t received your package, but before you do, take a deep breath and check all the possible areas where your courier may have left it safely, such as the mailroom, corridor or back door. Some couriers even leave items with neighbours. Also, look around for any delivery card that may have been left.
