30-Day return Policy
- We extend a 30-day return policy, which allows you to return a product for whatever reason within 30 days of receiving it. Simply contact our customer care team at email@example.com for more assistance with this process.
- Items bought on sale or promotions, and items received more than 30 days prior to issuing a request are not eligible for a return/refund.
Address & Shipping information
- Once sent, we are not able to make any changes to the shipping details you entered with your order. Please double-check and make sure that the address and contact information you provide with your order are accurate, correct and complete. A80 Paris will not be held responsible for shipments that were lost or misplaced due to incorrect shipping information filled by the customer.
- We work to make our products available in all countries and territories, however at the moment we are only able to ship to certain countries. Before placing an order, please refer to our FAQ section to learn whether we currently ship to your country.
How to return an item?
Please follow the steps below to guarantee an easy return process
- Contact our customer service by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order # in the subject line, and attach a copy of your original order confirmation/receipt from our website.
- Our team will give you reference details, and will guide you on how to pack, send and track your returned parcel.
- We will notify you in writing once your return has been processed, and will issue a refund according to the payment method originally used (If we are unable to do that, we will contact you for your preferred method of refund).
- Always contact us directly before sending a return, and avoid returning goods in unmarked/untracked parcels. We are unable to recognize and issue returns for items not sent according to our guidelines.
